The Bears of Central Arkansas was 9-4 and lost in the FCS playoffs to the Illinois State Redbirds. The offense average almost 28 points per game and garnered 382.4 yards per contest. The defense allowed 412. 8 yards and 26.6 points per game to the opposition. Breylin Smith, quarterback, tossed for 3,704 yards and 32 touchdowns for the season.At ‘3″ Lajuan Washington is a nice receiving target as he grabbed 814 yards with 8 touchdowns in only 9 games played.

Teams haven’t had the chance to practice as much this year as in others. That will stymie the offense. Look for the defenses to be the determining factor.
