Justin Fuentes at Virginia Tech. He was almost let go last year and the AD made a late decision to keep him. He is 38-26 in five seasons. but 19-18 the last three years. The buyout last year would have been expensive for the school. They have the #37 preseason rank.
Scott Frost is at Nebraska. Oh, things were going so well when he was at UCF. But he got the chance to go back where he played and took the Huskers coaching job. Things aren’t going well. He is 12-20 in three years, He did have a good recruiting year. They are ranked #62 in preseason polls.

Jeff Brohm coaches at Purdue. He fell to 8-16 since their famous upset of Ohio State in 2018. Alums don’t like it that he hasn’t beaten in-state rival Indiana. They are ranked #20 in the early polls.
