Read this article to see which four teams Danny believes will end up in the 2022 College Football Playoff.

University of Alabama

It should be to no surprise that Alabama is the first on this list to make the 2022 College Football Playoff. Alabama has been a dynasty for many years now under Head Coach, Nick Saban.

The program is known for recruiting the best players and putting together teams with a large amount of future NFL talent. Alabama has a total of 18 National Championships with 6 of them coming since 2009.

After losing in the National Championship game to Georgia 33-18, the Crimson Tide are looking for revenge. Despite losing to Georgia, Bryce Young proved to be the best quarterback in all of College Football.

I expect Young to take an even bigger leap this season and prove to people that he will be the best quarterback in the NFL draft after the season is over. I also believe he can win back-to-back Heisman trophies which have only been done a select few times.

Ohio State

Ohio State just managed to miss the College Football playoff as they lost to Michigan late in the season 42-27, giving Michigan their spot in the Playoffs. Ohio State finished with a record of 11-2 just missing the Playoffs and ending their season ranked 6th in the nation.

Quarterback C.J. Stroud proved he can be one of the top elite quarterbacks in all of college football. C.J. Stroud will continue to get better and will be one of the top players with a shot at winning the Heisman Trophy.

Ohio State has added a lot of talent for this upcoming season as they finished 4th overall in the 2022 recruiting ranking. They added 21 commits, 2 of them being 5 stars, and 18 of them being 4 stars.

I have Ohio State as the 2 seed in the College Football Playoff and winning the 2022 National Championship over Alabama.

Georgia

The Georgia Bulldogs are coming off a National Championship season after defeating Alabama for the title. They finished the season with a 14-1 record behind quarterback Stenson Bennet.

Although this year they lost big-name players on the defensive side to the NFL draft. They still were able to recruit a great class for the 2022 season. They finished 3rd overall in the recruiting rankings managing to get five 5-star players.
With Stenson Bennet returning they will have a legitimate shot at going back to the playoffs. I have Georgia as my 3 seed in the College Football Playoff losing to Ohio State.

Texas A&M

You may be surprised to see Texas A&M on this list, but don’t sleep on the Aggies. This team finished with an 8-4 record last season but played most of it with many key injuries. Even with these injuries, they were still able to defeat Alabama.

This program was able to make history with the 2022 recruiting class with the highest rating recruiting class in College Football history. They were able to land 30 commits, 8 of them being 5 stars, and 20 of them being 4 stars.
I have them as the 4th seed in the College Football playoff under Head Coach, Jimbo Fisher.
