- The Utah Utes are coming off a program-changing win after rolling #3 Oregon last week. They will look to take the sold out of the buffs before a rematch against Oregon in the Pac12 Championship game
- Colorado is having a tough year, 4-7 overall and 3-5 in the conference, they are not going to be bowl eligible, but will look to spoil the hopes of the Utes.
- A game that means a lot to one team and little to another. I will let you guess that one yourself, Utah will roll.
It is open season in Salt Lake City, as November comes to a close, Utah looks to add a trophy Buffalo to their collection after collecting a whole ‘quack” of ducks last week. The Buffs will come into the hardest environment in the Pac-12 playing some bad football. The bright spot is they are coming off a win against Washington, but only have 3 other wins in their last 10 games.

Utah is a bit on the other side of the coin, as they have won 7 out of their last 8 and are ranked as the 17th best team in the CFP rankings. The stakes in this game are low for both, If CU wins, good for them and they get a marquee win for the first time in the last 3 years. If Utah wins, it is business as usual, with a rematch against Oregon looming, Utah needs to stay locked in to avoid a disastrous upset, and keep their sights set on a PAC12 championship.

Colorado Preview: CU later Football season!
One game remains in what has been a bleak season in what was supposed to be a season of improvement after their first bowl game in 5 years during the 2020 season. It will be a game of triage this Friday as the Buffs will be trying to put bandaids on a defense that has been horrid, zero pash rush, zero turnovers.
This defense will get gutted by this Utah rushing attack. CU is struggling to find any consistency on both sides of the ball as well, as their QB has only thrown 10TD’s this season with a low 1400 yards to go with it. The leader in carries, has just 2TDs on 600 yards rushing!! Did I mention this team really is not good? The 3 players that lead this team in offense, are comically lackluster.
If you combined all their yards...QB’s passing, RB’s rushing, and their WR’s receiving, they would not even have as much as Ohio State’s QB’s passing yards…Yikes. This team will need a real miracle to pull off any shot of winning this game, or hope for the whole Utah team to go on a mission trip this weekend.
Utah Preview: Glory…NOT Glamour
A date with destiny (and the Ducks), was what Utah had, with PAC12 foe and the former #3 teams in the country last week. It was time to make a statement for the Utes, who have risen up the ranks this year after an early-season QB switch. Charlie Brewer, the Baylor transfer, proved to be unfit for the starting job back in early October. He was benched for Sophomore hotshot Cameron Rising.
This team has not looked back since, reeling off 4 straight wins and a trouncing of Oregon. Utah has a dangerous rushing attack that ranks top 20 in the country, and looks to simply run you off the field, and run the score up. A scary 220 yards per game coupled with a crisp and efficient passing attack, will be the nail in the coffin if you are O So bold enough to try and stop the run. Utah is here for glory, not only in the history books, but in the PAC12..as their sights are set on that ring that has eluded them for so long.
Odds & Free Betting Analysis for This College Football Game
I will be keeping this short this week, Utah is favored by 23.5 points, at home. The money line is a whopping -2400 for the Utes. Colorado will not be covering this pread, nor will they be winning…if you win the lottery maybe mess around and throw a few dollars on the CU ML which is +1100 (disrespectful) The O/U is at 52.5, I like that number Just dont think CU will score more than 10 and Utah will eat clock running the ball in that game. I like the under this week.
I will be picking Utah to win this game as well.
