NBA DFS: It’s a seven-game slate for Monday’s NBA schedule tipping off at 7:00 pm EST. There are a lot of injuries to monitor in today’s slate so please check the injury report before the pools close.

The Utah Jazz at the Dallas Mavericks, the Sacramento Kings at the Minnesota Timberwolves, the New York Knicks at the Brooklyn Nets, the Cleveland Cavaliers at the San Antonio Spurs, the Detroit Pistons at the Oklahoma City Thunder, the Washington Wizards at the Toronto Raptors, and lastly the Phoenix Suns at the Houston Rockets.

These are my NBA FANDUEL DFS picks for this Monday, April 5th.

De’Aaron Fox $9,300

This should be a very fast-paced game against the Minnesota Timberwolves. Fox had a great month of March and will continue to be the focal point of the offense. The Timberwolves are not a good defensive team. This could be a game where you can get 55-60 FP.

Jordan McLaughlin $4,600, Malachi Flynn $3,500

The Timberwolves will be short-handed once again and McLaughlin has gotten a minutes boost. He had 12 points, nine assists, six rebounds, and three steals against the Philadelphia 76ers.

If Fred Vanvleet sits out against the Washington Wizards, Flynn would get the start at point guard with Kyle Lowry already ruled out. Flynn had 16 points, five assists, and five rebounds against the Golden State Warriors. He got 33.5 FP in that game.

James Harden $11,500, Anthony Edwards $7,400

Harden is a triple-double threat every night but missed the last two games. I assume that Harden will be back for this game. If he does not play there a few other shooting guards will be mentioned.

Edwards has scored 22.5 PPG and 4.3 RPG in the last six games. He has been a very productive player when he gets the minutes.

Tyrese Haliburton $5,800, Gary Trent $5,400

Haliburton along with Edwards has a good chance of winning the Rookie of the Year Award. He had another good stat line against the Milwaukee Bucks, getting 35.7 FP.

Since getting dealt with the Toronto Raptors, he has been playing on another level. He has got 32.3, 39.4, and 40.5 FP in the last three games. If Vanvleet is out, Trent should get over 30+ minutes.

Kevin Porter $6,200

John Wall will not be playing against the Phoenix Suns which leaves Porter as the main beneficiary as the Rockets don’t have many players who can score. This slate is a very week for the small forward department.

Buddy Hield $5,800, Kenrich Williams $4,700

Hield is a good option in this matchup as he could get a few more shot attempts in this matchup as both teams are fast.

If Luguentz Dort and Darius Bazley continue to remain out as they are questionable for this game. Williams would have to play a ton of minutes as both teams are not good defensively.

Julius Randle $9,000, Pascal Siakam $8,700

Randle’s price tag has gone down a bit. Randle has hit the 20-point mark once again, doing it in five of his last seven appearances. The Brooklyn Nets have a matchup problem against bigs who can score, grab boards, and dish the ball.

Siakam will be the main beneficiary if Vanvleet sits with Lowry also not playing. If that is the case, the offense will go through Siakam.

Aleksej Pokusevski $5,500, Isaiah Stewart $3,700

He returned from a one-game absence and picked up where he left off, notching his second straight game of 20-plus points before the game against the Portland Trail Blazers. Even in blowouts, Pokusevski has played 30 minutes in six straight games and should be playing power forward.

Mason Plumlee is already ruled out which should give a usage and minutes bump to Stewart. He has been a point-per-minute player and is Plumlee’s main backup.

Karl Anthony Towns $11,000

Towns is another top option if you are looking to pay up as Towns will create matchup problems for the Kings especially Richaun Holmes. He has put up a double-double in six straight games and averaged 29.0 PPG, 15.0 RPG, 5.0 APG, 2.8, and 1.7 blocks per game.

LaMarcus Aldridge $5,800, Chris Boucher $5,000

Since joining the Brooklyn Nets, he has been a productive player. He should get 25-30 minutes against the New York Knicks. If one of the Nets stars is out, Aldridge should get the ball a lot more.

If Rui Hauchimura is ruled out against the Raptors, Boucher can create matchup problems for the Wizards in the paint.
