Remsen Stakes Preview
Pickin’Time is 5/2 odds to win and is trained by Kelly Breen and will have Jose Lezcano as the jockey. This horse won the mile at Nashua Stakes. This horse is the son of the popular Stay Thirsty and this length shouldn’t have any effect on his performance. Definite chance to win.
Known Agenda is trained by Todd Pletcher and John Velasquez will be the jockey and is at 8/5 odd to win. He has won on this track however, many of its arce have been against average competition. Never count out a Pletcher trained horse.
Brooklyn Strong (7-2 odds to win):will have Joel Rosario as jockey and Daniel Velasquez is the trainer. He was winner last time out of a stakes race in New York. He should challenge in this race.
4. Erawan (15-1 odds to win):This race is likely out of his league. He did have a strong rally last race at Laurel Park. This distance he can do it is speed that is the issue. He is trained by Joe Sorrales and will be mounted by Manny Franco.
5. Ten for Ten (2-1 odds to win):He was second at the Nashua Stakes behind Pickin’ Time. He will need to lead from start to finish to win here. Jose Ortiz will be the jockey with Shug McGaughey trainer.
Remsen Stakes Prediction
THE PICK: Ten for Ten the winner with Brooklyn Strong second and Known Agenda and Pickin’ Time vying for third/fourth.
