Comparison site Compare.Bet has completed the registration process in Colorado and can now operate in the growing sports betting industry. Compare.Bet has been assigned Vendor #94452979, and they have been active in Colorado for a little over two weeks.

You won’t be signing up at any Compare.Bet sportsbooks as they are just a vendor providing sports betting services in the state. Colorado is the second state that features Compare.Bet as a vendor after the company was able to launch in New Jersey earlier in 2020.

This comparison site aims to make the sports betting process easier for both sports bettors and bookmakers, with plenty of new information. According to a spokesperson for the company, there has been plenty of interest since obtaining the license in late December.

Expanding into Colorado was strategically done by Compare.Bet as the company has taken notice of how quickly that market is growing. Colorado has continued to put up some impressive numbers despite the COVID-19 pandemic affecting live sporting events and retail sports betting.

This company is not satisfied with only holding a license in two states, and they have indicated that they have already applied elsewhere. The entire US sports betting industry has taken off, and Compare.Bet wants in on the action.

In December, Colorado posted a sports betting handle total of more than $200 million, marking the fifth straight month of growth. These numbers are still a little short of initial projections, but 2021 is set to be a huge year for the state.

There aren’t many comparison sites featured in the sports betting industry, and that will help Compare.Bet stand out, at least until more competitors are able to obtain licenses. It is not mandatory to register for an account at this site, but most sports bettors will find the information valuable and worth the investment.

In 2021, there are expected to be a handful of new states that launch sports betting, while others are expected to legalize the industry. Over the next 4-5 years, almost all of the states in the country are expected to have some form of legalized sports betting in place.

Currently, Colorado and Nevada dominate the Western portion of the United States, which will likely continue until California gets on board. That state failed at an attempt to legalize sports betting in 2020, and 2022 appears to be their next real chance.
