Bryce Hubbart- Draft Prospect
Bryce Hubbart is a lefty pitcher for the Florida State Seminoles. He has a repertoire of three primary pitches. He uses the fastball. change-up and a curveball that many says it is a slurvy slider. With the Fastball, he can consistently hit 89-92 with some effort it can reach 96 mph. He ha a repeatable funky delivery that causes much deception. In th ACC, he might be the best at this time.
He is 5’11” and 190 lbs from Windermere, Florida. In high school he was 9-0 as s senior with a 0.73 ERA in 57 inning. He fanned 96 batters. Prefect Game had him ranked at #4 left handed pitchers and he was #43 overall in Florida.

In his freshman season , he was 6-5 in 4 starts where he pitched 71 innings and struck out 94 batters. the opposition hit just .208 against Hubbart. He was third team ALL-ACC and ALL-Freshman Team. Hubbart was in the Top 100 in the nation in strikeouts per nine innings and fewest hits allowed in nine innings.
He is looking at a late first round pick in the 2022 MLB Draft.
