Bengals Preview: Jamarr Chase Rookie of the Year Season

Throughout the first nine weeks of the NFL season, Jamarr Chase, Bengals wide receiver, has taken the league by storm. Jamarr already has 38 receptions, 786 yards, and 7 touchdowns only halfway through the season. His sophomore quarterback Joe Burrow is playing great too. He has 167 completions, 2215 yards, 20 touchdowns, and 9 interceptions through 9 weeks.

Last week though, the Bengals played very poorly. Their defense gave up 34 points to the 1-7 New York Giants and the offense was unable to match the firepower of Mike White and the Jets. This week, the Bengals must get the run game going. Joe Mixon finished with just 33 yards averaging just over two yards per carry. In order for the Bengals to win, they must correct these defensive and offensive mistakes.

Browns Preview: Health and Other Issues

Over the past few weeks, the Browns have faced a myriad of injuries. The two most important and most impactful have been Baker Mayfield and Jarvis Landry. Baker is coming off a dislocated left shoulder and Jarvis Landry is coming off an MCL injury. The Browns need them both healthy if they desire any type of success.

Another issue that just arose was from Odell Beckham Jr. and his father this week. Beckham’s father posted a montage on Instagram showing the various times where Baker Mayfield failed to deliver the ball to Odell Beckam Jr. Odell was excused from practice on Thursday and skeptics are predicting he will be released from the Cleveland Browns’ organization soon. This is an issue to keep an eye on because Odell is one of the top receivers in the league.

Odds & Free Betting Analysis for This Football Game

The current spread is at 2.5, favoring the Cincinnati Bengals. Personally, I believe the Bengals run away with it. Joe Burrow should be able to produce many touchdowns and their secondary will hold Baker Mayfield and the Browns’ offense to few points. The Browns’ may be distracted by their injuries and locker room issues going on.

In terms of the MoneyLine, again I believe the Bengals are a definite lock.
