- Both quarterbacks are not 100%
- Wilson needs to connect with D.K Metcalf and Tyler Lockett more efficiently
- Bounce back game for Cards defense
The Seattle Seahawks did not look good last week, but hopefully, it was just a game Wilson needed to shake off the rust. Last week star wideouts Metcalf and Lockett were targeted 15 times but only had four combined receptions. For them to turn this ship back around, the efficiency between the three has to become better.
As for the Cardinals, they are coming off a challenging game against a revitalized Carolina Panthers team, not to mention playing without quarterback Kyler Murray and wideout Deandre Hopkins. Things are trending upwards for Murray to hit the field this week as he said he’s “getting there” regarding his health. As for Hopkins, he is still sidelined with the hamstring issues.

Cardinals Preview: Explosive defence
This is a huge division matchup for the Cardinals, and a key to this game will be keeping Wilson on ice. Last week the Cards defense held the Panthers to a sub 90 QBR to go along with only 175 yards through the air and 5.3 YPA. Similar production would be beneficial to a team trying to get back on track.

Another key to this game on the defensive side will be pressuring Wilson, something Green Bay did a great job of last week. The Cardinals this season have been relatively solid in that department, ranking in the top 10 for both sacks and QB hits.
Seahawks Preview: Let Russ cook
It will be interesting to see how Seattle responds this week after putting up a doughnut in Week 10. The Hawks need to start protecting Wilson a lot better. He has been sacked two+ times in each game this season, and against a pass rush like the Cardinals, that could be exploited.
Seattle’s pass rush is equally as bad as their pass protection. This season there are only three teams with fewer sacks than the Seahawks. If Colt McCoy does indeed play for the injured Murray, the Hawks will have to find a way to get pressure on him.
Odds & Free Betting Analysis for This NFL Game
Even without Murray and Hopkins, I think this Cardinals team is just better equipped to go on a run. Defense travels in the NFL, and when it comes time to get dirty in the trenches, I don’t think Seattle’s O-Line is going to be able to stand up to that pass rush.
Cardinals -2.5 is a solid spread to bet in this one. I would also try and pair it with the under, only if Murray and Hopkins are indeed out.
