The NFL delivered some incredible finishes in Week 2. Check out some of the games that we think will deliver high drama and excitement in Week 3 of the 2022 NFL season.

Week 2 of the NFL season delivered some wild endings. Four teams overcame fourth-quarter deficits to win, with three of the teams coming back from double digits to win.

The NFL is the ultimate “you’ll have to tune in to find out.” When you have a week like Week 2, with multiple comebacks fueled by breathtaking plays, there’s always the thought that next week will be even more entertaining.

Let’s take a look at a few games from the Week 3 slate that looks like they can deliver all the things we love about the NFL: big stars, incredible athleticism, and heart-stopping finishes.

Bills-Dolphins: 90s AFC flashback

The 1990s are in vogue right now across pop culture, fashion, and football. The last 25 years of the AFC East have been mostly dominated by the New England Patriots dynasty. They won the AFC East for 10 straight years (2009-2019).

The Bills have won the division the last 2 years in a row and are a public favorite to go to the Super Bowl. After last year’s performance in that epic AFC Divisional playoff game vs. the Chiefs, the Bills are a popular pick to go to the Super Bowl. Led by Josh Allen on offense, with the NFL’s #1 defense in yards per game allowed, it’s easy to see why the Bills are a frontrunner to go to the Super Bowl this year.

The Miami Dolphins came into the season with a lot of excitement. They hired an offensive-minded head coach in Mike McDaniel and gave Tua Tagovailoa more wide receivers to throw to by making Tyreek Hill a Dolphin, and the highest-paid wide receiver in the league.

The Dolphins were one of the teams that came back in the fourth quarter to win. They erased a 21-point deficit to win 42-38 in what will be considered one of the best regular season games of the year.

Look for a potential offensive shootout here – with the way these teams have put up points so far this season; this game has a chance to be the most exciting game of the season.

Battle of the Bays

While these two teams no longer share a division, the rivalry between the Buccaneers and the Packers is as strong as it was in the days of the NFC Central. Contrary to the days of Brett Favre and Warren Sapp, this chapter of the rivalry is driven by the star power at quarterback: Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers.

This will be the fifth matchup between Rodgers and Brady. Tom Brady has won 3 of the 4 previous match-ups. In their last match-up, Brady and the Buccaneers defeated the Packers 38-10. It will be interesting to see if Green Bay’s early season road struggles continue when they travel to Tampa Bay this week.
