• Russell Wilson is back, and so is Aaron Rodgers
  • Can the Seahawks stop the Packers run game?
  • How will the Packers who had COVID-19 look?

This will be a marquee game this week, especially with both quarterbacks returning from absences. Wilson’s a bit longer than Rodgers. The Packers are coming off a loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in which they sent Jordan Love out to start his first game. He wasn’t really the problem. It was more the special teams that lost them the game with multiple missed opportunities.

As for the Seahawks are coming off a bye week and should be fully rested for Sunday’s game. As for their running back situation, Chris Carson does have a chance at making his way back onto the field Sunday, but Coach Pete Carroll said earlier this week he is taking that situation one day at a time, so it will likely be a game-time decision.

Packers Preview: A-Rod is back

Aaron Rodgers being back obviously is a huge source of energy for the Green Bay team, but last week they showed what they could do without him. Against a potent Chiefs offense, the Packer’s secondary was exceptional and really showed why they are so highly regarded.

Week 9, they only allowed 4.5 YPA and a 74.8 QBR to the former MVP Patrick Mahomes. This week they will be going up a very similar quarterback in Russell Wilson who will make magic happen on his feet. Not letting the receivers find space late when Russ is scrambling is going to be key.

Seahawks Preview: Dynamic receiving combo

Before Wilson was injured, he was really cooking, throwing for 10 touchdowns and only one interception, well aslo being the top-ranked quarterback with a 125.3 QBR, so this week will be interesting to see if he is still at that level.

His receivers are elite, and to beat this Packers secondary, they will have to go right at the belly of the beast with D.K Metcalf and Tyler Lockett. Even without Wilson, Lockett looked great with Geno Smith at quarterback, and so far this season, his numbers back that up, getting himself 41 receptions, 72.4 YPG, and three touchdowns in the process.

Odds & Free Betting Analysis for This <Sport> Game

This game is a tough one and will likely be the game of the week. For some reason, I feel myself being drawn to the Seahawks at +3.5 even though they are on the road. As seen in other sports, when players come back from COVID-19, they are not exactly 100% and take a bit of time to work themselves back up.

Unfortunately for Rodgers, I think there will be some speed bumps on Sunday. Wilson has benefited from being at the facility daily over the bye, getting back into the swing of things and much more time with the offense. As it stands right now, Rodgers will have one day of preparation Saturday before Sunday’s matchup.
