New Orleans Saints Preview: Offensive Struggles

Ever since the loss of Jameis Winston to an MCL and ACL injury, the New Orleans Saints are 1-1 with a loss to the Atlanta Falcons and a victory against the Atlanta Falcons.

However, through both the victory and the loss, one thing remained constant: offensive struggles.

Last game against the Falcons, the Saints had trouble moving the ball down the field. The majority of their points were derived from really great field position.

In general though, Trevor Siemien was throwing the easy passes and made some good plays but the offense could never get their mojo going.

Even Alvin Kamara, Pro-Bowl running back, averaged less than 4 yards per carry.

Against the Titans, a great team, the Saints are going to have to get their offense to get out of this slump so that they can overcome the plethora of points Tannehill and the Titans’ offense will score.

Tennessee Titans Preview: Offensive Prowess Continues

Even though the Titans lost Derrick Henry to a foot injury, specifically a Jones fracture to the fifth metatarsal in the foot, the Titans offense continued to succeed.

Just last week, the Titans overcame the Los Angeles Rams, one of the best defensive and offensive teams in the entire NFL.

The Titans derive their success primarily from the defense though.

Through Matthew Stafford’s first 8 games, he had thrown four interceptions; however, in Week 9 the Titans’ defense forced 2 interceptions from Stafford. The defense has really stepped it up these past few weeks.

This Titans’ team should continue their successful run against this banged up Saints offense too.

Odds & Free Betting Analysis for This Football Game

The current spread is at 2.5, favoring the Tennessee Titans. Personally, I believe this game will not be closer than most predict it to.

The Titans will most like blow the Saints out of the water because their defense, previously their weakest link, is now a strong point of the team.

Going against this weak offense led by a backup quarterback should be fairly easy for the Titans.

In terms of the MoneyLine, I believe the Titans are a definite lock.
