The Houston Dynamo vs San Jose Earthquakes to begin the MLS 2021 season.

The San Jose Earthquakes finished in 7th place in the Western Conference and were 8-6-9 s the face the Houston Dynamo  that finished 12th in the same conference with a 4-9-10 record.
