Tennis- ATP 1000 Daily Odds – Shanghai Masters

The top tennis is played at the ATP 1000 level and we have the latest information for each of the throughout the season.

Things begin to slow a bit in the tennis world after the completion of the US Open. There are two more ATP 1000 events before the end of November. The tennis world takes December off and comes back late in January for the Australian Open which is the first major tennis event of the season. Let’s get this started for those that love to bet tennis!

 

There are two more events in 2019 including this one, the Shanghai Masters whic is the only 1000-point tournament outside North America and Europe. The last of the year is the Paris Open 1000 which starts near the end of October 2019. 

The 2020 schedule is listed at the bottom of this article.

 

Next up for the players will be the Shanghai Masters that is held, of course, in Shanghai China. Let’s keep you updated on a weekly basis until the final week before the matches and then we will bring you daily information.

Shanghai Masters

Event Name: Rolex Shanghai Masters
Venue: Qi Zhong Tennis Center, Minhang District
Draw Size: 56 singles – 24 doubles – 56 qualifying

When: October 5-13, 2019

How does it work? The singles is a 56 draw which means the top eight seeds get first round byes. It is elimination from the first round. There are four wild cards, determined by the tournament directors and seven qualifiers who come through a 28 qualifying draw.

Schedule

  • The main draw begins on Sunday, October 6 (12:00 noon local), Monday to Friday (12:00 noon local & 6.30 pm local), Saturday (1:30 pm and 8:00 pm local)
    Doubles final on Sunday, October 13 (1:30 pm local)
    Singles final on Sunday, October 13 (not before 4:30 pm)

2020 ATP 1000 Series Schedule:

March 9  Indian Wells  The BNP Paribas Open, the first of nine ATP Masters 1000 tournaments, showcases the best men’s and women’s players at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden in California.  

March 23  Miami Open The 2020 Miami Open presented by Itaú is set for Monday, March 23rd through Sunday, April 5th.

 

April 13  Monte Carlo Masters    The Monte-Carlo Masters is an annual tennis tournament for male professional players held in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, France, a commune that borders on Monaco.

 

 May 4  Madrid Open    The Madrid Open a joint men’s and women’s professional tennis tournament, held in Madrid, during early May.

 

May 11  Italian Open   It is one of the most important clay tennis tournaments in the world for both men and women. 

 

 

August 10  Canadian Open is the second-oldest tournament in all of tennis (behind only Wimbledon).

 

 

 

August 17  Cincinnati Open is the oldest tennis tournament in the United States played in its original city.

 

 

October 12  Shanghai Masters  is a professional men’s tennis tournament played on outdoor hard courts, and held annually in early October.

 

  November 2  Paris Masters  is an annual tennis tournament for male professional players held in Paris, France and it is played indoors.
